1- Being older than thirteen (13) years of age.

4- In the case of not flying without a excuse for two (2) months will result in the cancelation of the membership.
5- After the finishing of training the flights must be done online.
6- If the flights are not done online they will be deleted and in the end of two (2) months the 4. Term will be put into effect.
7- Vatsim code of conduct rules must be complied to at all times. The Vatsim COC can be viewed from here.
8- FS Airlines client is used fort he recording of flights
9- A valid Vatsim ID is needed for online flights. A valid Vatsim ID can be obtained from Vatsim.
10- The dialogues with ATC and other vPilots must be appropriate. If you witness any problems with other vpilots or vATC inform Air Anatolia VA management of this situation immediatley.
11- In the end of training or to move on to the next aircraft type you have to complete and pass the necessary exams
12- In order to pass to the next aircraft type you have to complete 50 hours of flight for short-medium range aircraft and 100 hours for long range aircraft not including the training flights.
13- On the online flights done during training you have to use the ‘’T’’ suffix in your callsing which will mean that you are currently in training. The termination of this ‘’ T’’ suffix is possible after the completion of all the exams and with the approval of the instructor.
14- Providing that the management is informed, it is NOT forbiden to fly with other virtual airlines. If a situation should arise in which the management find out that you are flying with another virtual airline without informing, your membership will be terminated.

13- Eğitimler boyunca yapılacak online uçuşlarda eğitim gördüğünüzü belirten training anlamına gelen ‘’T’’ ekini kullanarak uçuş yapılır. Bu ekin kalkması için eğitim sonu sınavlardan başarıyla geçmiş olmak ve eğitmenin onayı gerekmektedir.
14- Air Anatolia VA dışında bir sanal havayolunda uçmak, yönetimi bundan haberdar etmek koşuluyla serbesttir. Yönetime bildirilmeyen durumların tesbiti halinde üyelik sonlandırılır.
